Maple Syrup Days
Choose Ashlar House’s Maple Syrup Days for your springtime charitable event. Take your patrons and guests on a private tour of Heartwood Farm and sugar shack with its owner Val Steinmann.  The farm’s 1-1/2 hr interactive session offers hands-on experience with maple syrup making and local food production. Your event will move on to Ashlar House’s country kitchen for a culinary workshop with What’s Cookin’ owner and professional caterer, Jo Fillery.  Prepare and enjoy a maple syrup recipe followed by a light brunch or tea. Your guests will depart with wonderful memories and a maple goodie-basket.
